My journey

This blog will hopefully be a look at my weight loss journey going to Slimming World. I have a lot to lose and so far have lost 23.5 lbs.

Woo hoo. You go Mrs Baptist. Sister baptists is on your tail at 20lbs............if only I could stop eating, life weight loss would be so much easier!! Will ring soon. Hey, maybe we should swap receipes! Am trying one of those curries tomorrow.....watch this space!

Oh dear i think i will have to get FB to help me edit all my bluders lol, as i seemed to of posted three times with nothing in them.Oh well.

I am thinking about doing curry tommorow with onion bahjis(free ones made out of chick peas).Would you like me to email you some of the recipes i have aquired susanna??

I promised i would start writing down my weight loss journey.
So today im having another green day ( which i do most of the time now)
3 slices of wholemeal nimble with laughing cow light and marmite mmm for breakfast
Lentil and carrot soup for lunch (free)
Jacket potato baked beans and quorn sausages for tea.
Snacking on carrot cake and potato scones(homemade)
Made FB quorn chilli and jacket potaoes for tea,
Gave him pasta oven baked tomatoes and cuecumber for lunch plus a muller light yoghurt.
2 weetabix and a banana for breakfast.

Im sure a highlight toffee with be consumed tonight plus some other things which i havent made my mind up yet on(all low syn or free)
