A week has passed so quickly

Last friday's injection of Anovex was painful and bruised badly its still there in its purple and blue state on my thigh. Thank-fully no-one ever see's that part of me so easily hidden.
Todays injection was just as painful , I do hope this doesn't bruise as badly or next week we might have to inject my upper arm. Oh well...

A brief undate on slimming progress , i lost a pound and FB lost 1/2 lb so we are going in right direction all be it very slowly , think my class leader called it the Scenic Route. We also got voted by the class Mr and Mrs Slimmiming World, quite embarrassing having a photo taken, given a certificate, a lovely paper weight and a banner which i had to wear..We really thought other contestents should of won it , but the class voted for us...

This week has been a real mixed bag. It is half term and my son has had a busy week , going to granny and grampys Sunday afternoon to Wednesday then to his Auntys till friday , then at his dads till Sunday. There isnt a chance for him to get bored as most days have had planned activities , his cousin Jake is also at granny and grampys. Then my sister picks them up on Wednesday and then drops him off on Friday so i think granny and grampy will sleep well Thursday onwards.. lol...

It has mean't i had time to do things. For example decorating bedroom on Monday , well a one day job is still on going as half the plaster came off the wall with the wallpaper ( i now know how to plaster!!), in time it will look nice.

Thursday evening we had two wonderful friends come over for supper/dinner/tea whatever you may call it .What a wonderful and refreshing evening we had. I really do value their friendship and i don't spend enough time in Christian fellowship, it is so refreshing to be able to talk freely and be yourself. Note to self i must entertain more often...

FB's (FatBaptist) sister and brother-in-law are coming down from London today and staying till Sunday, they have booked a Hotel/BB nearby and i am looking forward to spending some quality time with them.

Greetings to Mr & Mrs Baptist and visiting relatives... How can Mrs Baptist have less painful injections? There must be a method somewhere. Took Barnstaplarians to the Horniman Museum and Gardens this morning. Poor babe is full of cold and his Mummy not much better... Am visiting Great Grandma on Monday - a busman's day off!
