Yikes....

Well today has been a strange one. I have not been sleeping too well recently and rather than disturbing hubby I went into lounge on the recliner (which was given to us by the Senior Mr and Mrs Baptists and I am truly thankful).

Well I hardly slept a wink last night so got out of bed at 4am by 5am I was ironing , by 6 am I had completed it , by 7.30 am I had walked dog , then by 9am whole flat had been dusted and vaccumed!! Now totally exhausted but I do have a clean flat lol.

To top it all I have had a cold and my voice has nearly gone , husband will like that I cannot nag him ....

Yes I know I shouldn't over do it but when you have the energy best use it wisely..

On a serious note I ask for prayers for a girl who has learning difficulties , she was Fostered by a dear friend of mine , but when she turned 18 seems she can do what she wants even though she has a mental of about 10/11. I feel social services have really let her down and encouraged her to live on her own and found her a flat etc etc , without going into any more details she is in a terrible situation . Pray for her to come home , and sort things out.

I have made all my christmas cards and even have two orders of 25 , which shall keep me busy.

Here is a 60 th card I made recently for somone.

Well Done Mrs Baptist - all those achievements while we were fast asleep! You are right to make use of the good times - the grey days must be very trying and we pray for your courage when the going gets tough. We also know of young people and a foster carer who have experienced similar problems. Oh for common sense to prevail.
